In connection to the celebration of the Mindanao State University 55th Foundation Day. College of Business Administration and Accountancy. The Marketing Department has organize an event the MSU -DTI Trade Bazaar and Exhibit in collaboration of different businesses inside and outside of the campus to participate and introduce there products in the market.
first from inside the campus, Organization such as OKIR ( the University Art Club of MSU ) has offer face painting, Henna and other art related product and services. second College of Fisheries also participated in the event by promoting and selling there different kinds of cultured fish products. third the College of Hotel and Restaurant Management ( CHARM) Introduce one of the most delicious Maranao delicacy "Browa" a baked bread. and lastly the launching of the products of marketing students enrolled in entrep 197 subject the practitioners has introduce there new food product offerings in the market.
There are also a lot of small businesses outside the campus partakes in the trade Bazaar and Exhibit especially the DTI-ARMM, Deliciosa Special Ice Cream, Rantian Farmers Cooperative, Piagapo Special Tapay, Barbie Doll and Browa Pasalobong, Rantian Community Enterprises, Al-Mujadillah Development Foundation, Inc.and everyone who passionately participates in the event.
This event
has proven that, it is not only beneficial for the CBAA canteen students and the
Practitioners but also it gives opportunities to entrepreneurs to earn income that
they needed. This kind of Trade Bazaar gives chances to small businesses and entrepreneurs
to promote and demonstrate the Indigenous art, products and cultures of the
people of Lanao Del Sur.
